Is it a bug that the entire map disappears at the maximum zoom level (100 nm)?
It just turns completely gray, with a few NOTAM circles.

no, not an error. We’re preparing an additional zoom level upward, but the map adjustments for it are not yet completely finished.

Since we’re on the subject.
I recently searched for the VOR FLD in flight. It’s only displayed up to the 2 nm zoom level. Above that it’s no longer shown.
Can this be increased? Possibly up to 5 nm?
That would give a great overview of the airfields and VORs
