When using the “Return flight” function on a planned route flight, the predefined altitudes are not all carried over correctly, which is clearly visible in the vertical view as well.

Thank you very much for this report. I can confirm the bug: after using the “return flight” function, the altitudes of the route legs are not being set correctly. 
This will be fixed in the upcoming update.
