When I click on airspace D in Hanover, it shows the area but not the correct frequency — it shows Langen Radar instead?

That should be the frequency for Bremen Radar, which is responsible for Class D airspace.
For initial contact, the correct point of contact for us VFR pilots is Langen Information. The displayed frequency is correct.

I just panicked a bit while reading. I briefly thought I’d missed something 
I regularly fly through the Hannover Delta airspace. About 95% of the time FIS sorts everything out for me with the radar controller. Once FIS handed me over to radar — they were probably bored 
Long story short: I can confirm that Langen Information is welcome here for the contact
