Merry Christmas and a great year of flying in 2026

@ Hermann: Many thanks for the great development progress in 2025 with VFRnav.

“It felt” like the boom year for VFRnav.

Thanks also to everyone here for the ideas, requests and suggestions. There are already some very interesting features in testing for 2026.

Stay healthy and maybe enjoy a few more great flights in 2025 with VFRnav & Stratux.

Happy flying,

Hello!

I would like to add my support to that.

Many thanks for the great development!

Wishing you all a lovely, intimate time with your loved ones

All the best from me to everyone here too!

Thanks also for this forum! - it’s fun to read along and I’m glad that there’s still a friendly circle of pilots on the Internet :love_you_gesture:

I’m new to flying, I can’t contribute much technically.

Still, I’m really happy to be here :face_blowing_a_kiss:

Merry Christmas!

I’d like to join in the praise and good wishes as well - newly registered on the forum, but an enthusiastic user for years. The app really keeps getting better (it has been good for me since day one), and at a rapid pace. It’s a pity that this doesn’t occasionally lead to an updated review in the usual print outlets. Best regards!

I also enjoy reading along in this forum.

Happy holidays to you all!

Happy Christmas and a good start to the coming year!

Good day

Also from me: have a lovely festive season and peaceful holidays.

Regards

Heiko

I hope you’ve all wished for lots of good flying weather for next year today (in addition to health and peace)!!

If we’re all agreed on this wish, it must be heard

Take care!

All the best, Alex

I also wish you all a happy new year and attached is a picture of the app and the BIP in the “new” format “in action” ! Best regards, Martin

:innocent::+1:…you simply can’t be better prepared when you’re out and about. Lovely picture. Which tablet do you use?

Hello Martin. Great picture!

Not only does my VFRnav heart beat - but also my flight instructor heart.

Thanks for your input and your participation in the forum :+1:

Pilot’s regards

What I was just taught: ”always (also) have paper with you!”:slightly_smiling_face:

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 on “R Spider wireless” Kneeboard. (though the Kneeboard almost costs more than the tablet). Kind regards, Martin

…the kneeboard is, according to the data, only compatible up to - Compatible with 7.9 inches -? The tablet has 8.7. → obviously still fits anyway??? …or bodged?

After a long search I bought an Alldocube with 8.4" with Android 15. The hardware is top. One big drawback: the Chinese manufacturer doesn’t provide updates anymore, which is also rubbish.

Happy flying,
Karsten
