I wanted to land at LFAX,
VFRNav doesn’t show any NOTAM related to the aerodrome.
When I arrived I heard on the radio that the aerodrome is restricted following an accident. People on site were a bit upset that I was trying to land.
I then found this NOTAM.
Why isn’t it in VFRNav or in the “Notam” Android app?

this concerns individual NOTAMs in France that are not being transmitted to the international system. We are already working on a solution.

If you only show FAA NOTAMs, which are the international NOTAMs, we’ll miss the Type E NOTAMs that concern the aerodromes we mostly use as recreational pilots.
This is not an error or laxity on the part of the aeronautical publication services.
Type E NOTAMs are intentionally not published in the FAA system so as not to clutter the dashboards of all the airliners in operation, which have no interest in the small aerodromes we use. (They will never land there in a 747!)
Conversely, Type E NOTAMs are very important for recreational pilots like us.
I suppose this may also apply to countries other than France?
