On a long cross-country I was planning to refuel at Morlaix.
No NOTAM issued.
When I got there the fuel was reserved for aircraft based there… 
Published by NOTAM…
There are 6 NOTAMs for Morlaix.. none displayed in VFRnav. 
Why?
Hello Daniel,
The problem is that in a few countries some local NOTAMs are not entered into the international system. This mainly affects (but is not limited to) France.
We are already working on an appropriate solution.

I had filed the NOTAMs two days earlier… I took off at 08:45 and the NOTAM was issued at 00:27!
On arrival the AFIS wasn’t there, I went to get fuel (I had no choice), I put the card in and the pump worked… phew!
At the restaurant I asked the locals and they told me the NOTAM had just been cancelled, the fuel tanker will finally come tomorrow, and the person in charge of fuel got yelled at because he hadn’t anticipated it and issued the NOTAM without even warning the tower…
There’s definitely room for improvement!!
I arrived on the island of Ouessant without incident, then continued on to Belle-Île, Île d’Yeu and Oléron without returning to the mainland… Nice trip
