Hello, I have a question about where deleted files are stored in VFRNav. Specifically: the flight log from my last flight is no longer available. I may have accidentally deleted it, or it may have been lost for some other reason. Is there any way to recover it?

Hi Dietrich,

First of all, welcome here.

Have you enabled the synchronization function?

Otherwise, if it’s just a single flight you can also add it manually. If you deleted it, I don’t think there’s a “Trash” (recycle bin).

Hello Karsten, thanks for the quick reply. Do you mean the synchronization feature on the iPad? I probably haven’t enabled it. But no problem, I’ll be more careful from now on.

…and every now and then make a backup in KML format! …that’s better.
